La disposicin final segunda del citado Decreto habilita a la persona titular de la Consejera competente en materia de educacin para dictar cuantas disposiciones resulten necesarias para el desarrollo y ejecucin de lo dispuesto en el mismo. En su virtud, a propuesta del Director General de Planificacin y Centros, de conformidad con lo previsto en la disposicin final segunda del Decreto 62. Ley 62. 00. 6, de 2. Gobierno de la Comunidad Autnoma de Andaluca,DISPONGOCAPTULO IDisposiciones generales. Artculo 1. Objeto y mbito de aplicacin. La presente Orden tiene por objeto regular la organizacin, funcionamiento y gestin de los servicios complementarios de aula matinal, comedor escolar y actividades extraescolares, as como el uso de las instalaciones de los centros docentes pblicos fuera del horario lectivo, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto 62. La autorizacin a los centros docentes pblicos para llevar a cabo los servicios complementarios a los que se ha hecho referencia en el artculo 1 se realizar, para cada curso escolar, por Resolucin de la Direccin General competente en materia de planificacin educativa, a propuesta de las Delegaciones Territoriales competentes en materia de educacin, con al menos diez das de antelacin al plazo que se establece para el inicio de la presentacin de las solicitudes de admisin del alumnado. En el plazo de cinco das anteriores al que se establece para el inicio de la presentacin de las solicitudes de admisin del alumnado, la Direccin General competente en materia de planificacin educativa comunicar a las Delegaciones Territoriales con competencias en materia de educacin, para su traslado a los centros docentes pblicos de su mbito territorial, lo siguiente a Los servicios complementarios autorizados en cada centro. El nmero de plazas autorizadas para cada servicio y, en el caso del de comedor escolar, el nmero de turnos en los que podr ser ofertado el mismo. Artculo 3. Modificacin del nmero de plazas autorizadas. Mediante Resolucin de la Direccin General competente en materia de planificacin educativa, previo informe de la correspondiente Delegacin Territorial competente en materia de educacin, se podr modificar el nmero de plazas o turnos autorizados en los servicios complementarios a los que se refiere la presente Orden para los siguientes supuestos a Para garantizar la escolarizacin del alumnado al que se refieren los artculos 1. Decreto 62. 01. 7, de 1. Para atender al alumnado de familias dedicadas a tareas agrcolas de temporada o profesiones itinerantes. A efectos de incrementar las plazas a autorizar, el alumnado deber solicitar el traslado de matrcula con carcter temporal. El centro de origen reservar la plaza escolar y, en su caso, la plaza que ocupe como usuario de servicios complementarios para cuando se produzca su retorno. Los efectos de la autorizacin por la que se incremente el nmero de plazas coincidirn con el carcter temporal del traslado de matrcula del alumnado. Por cambios en la situacin laboral de alguno de los guardadores del alumnado una vez iniciado el curso escolar, que tengan como resultado que los mismos o, en el caso de familia monoparental, el guardador, realicen una actividad laboral o profesional remunerada y no puedan atender a sus hijos o hijas en el horario establecido para la prestacin del servicio complementario de aula matinal o comedor escolar, o queden afectados por alguna de las situaciones previstas en el artculo 1. En estos casos, las personas solicitantes tendrn preferencia para ocupar las plazas vacantes o resultantes de la modificacin autorizada, sobre el alumnado suplente a las que se refiere el artculo 2. Con anterioridad al inicio del plazo establecido para la presentacin de solicitudes de admisin del alumnado en alguna de las enseanzas referidas en el artculo 1. En el caso de las actividades extraescolares, en la publicacin de la oferta de las mismas, indicar los das de realizacin y el horario previsto para cada una de ellas. En la publicacin referida en el apartado 2 se indicar que la prestacin de cada uno de los servicios autorizados estar sujeta a la demanda mnima establecida en el artculo 5. Artculo 5. Demanda mnima.
